HOW IT WORKS
One Aventide login holds every business you run. Each business keeps its own clients, branding, client portal and Stripe account, so a client’s payment goes to the business they hired. Switch businesses from one menu.
A client sees the business they hired: its name, logo, colors and fonts on its portal, documents and booking page.

Each business in Aventide has its own clients, brand, payments, booking pages and connections.
Clients and their work
Each business has its own clients, proposals, contracts, invoices and documents. If the same person is a client of two businesses, each business keeps its own record of them. For how each business brings on a new client, see Client onboarding.
Brand and client portal
Each business has its own Brand Kit: logo, colors and fonts. Its client portals, documents and booking page use that kit, so every client sees the brand they hired.
Payments
Each business connects its own Stripe account and, if you use it, its own QuickBooks company, so a client’s payment lands with the business they hired and its books stay its own. Aventide adds no fee of its own on top of Stripe’s.
Booking pages
Each business has its own booking pages and booking address, and can take payment in full or a deposit when a client books.
Social accounts and connections
Social accounts, Zoom, and Google Search Console and Analytics connect to one business, so posts and reports stay with the right brand.
What Aventide’s AI knows
Aventide’s AI reads the saved details of the business you’re in, so a proposal for one business uses that business’s prices and voice. Anything Aventide drafts for a client waits for your approval; automations you switch on run on their own.

Your login, your plan, your team and your AI credits are shared by every business on your account. You set them up once.
One login, one plan
One subscription covers every business on your account: Starter at $39 a month or Pro at $99. Both plans have every feature and unlimited businesses; they differ only in AI credits and storage.
Switch from one menu
Pick a business from the menu at the top of the Business Hub. Every screen reloads for the business you picked. In Telegram, WhatsApp or Slack, ask Sidekick to switch; that changes that chat only.
One team
Everyone on your account can open every business on it, and team members are unlimited on both plans. Each person connects their own Gmail and Google Calendar, and nobody reads anyone else’s mail or calendar.
One AI allowance
AI credits are one monthly allowance for the whole account, used by every business: 40,000 on Starter, 120,000 on Pro.

WHO THIS IS FOR
Aventide is for consultants, coaches, designers and agency owners who sell their work client by client, on their own or with a team. If you run one business, you get every feature, and adding a second later costs nothing more. If you run several, here are three ways to set it up.

On Aventide, one, two or three businesses cost the same: $39 a month on Starter or $99 on Pro. HoneyBook needs its Premium plan for a second company, Dubsado adds $10 a month for each extra brand, and 17hats includes two brands, then $10 a month for each one after that. HoneyBook’s row uses the lowest plan that allows that many businesses; both Dubsado plans are shown. Plans differ in features: HoneyBook lists its scheduler from Essentials ($59/mo billed monthly), and Dubsado’s scheduling and automated workflows are on Premier. Aventide’s two plans have the same features.
Team members: unlimited on both Aventide plans. HoneyBook lists none on Starter, up to two on Essentials and unlimited on Premium. Dubsado includes three users besides you, then $25/mo for 4 to 10. 17hats includes three users, then $5/mo each.
A third business doesn’t raise the price, and it draws on the same AI credits as the first two, so heavy AI use across several businesses may call for Pro or a credit pack ($10 for 10,000 credits; pack credits never expire).

Tools that don’t price a second business
These tools come up in the same comparisons. Their own pages either limit you to one business per account or allow more without saying what it costs, so they’re not in the tables above.

When another tool may suit you better
HoneyBook and Dubsado also keep each business’s projects, templates and settings apart, and HoneyBook gives each company its own bank account. Aventide gives each business its own Stripe account, so the money stays separate the same way. The difference is what a second or third business costs. If you run one business and want the lowest price, Dubsado Starter ($35 a month) and HoneyBook Starter ($36) cost a few dollars less than Aventide Starter, as of October 18, 2026. If you need team members who can open only some of your businesses, look at HoneyBook, whose Premium plan ($129 a month, checked October 18, 2026) lets team members open the companies they have been added to: its help says “One login grants team members access to any company they have been added to.” In Aventide, every teammate can open every business.
GOOD TO KNOW
Your team, your AI credits and your subscription are shared by every business on your account, and a few things aren’t built yet: limiting a teammate to one business, totals across businesses and email from each business’s own address. Here is the full list, so you can decide before you start.
Team access. Everyone on your account can open every business on it. You can’t limit a teammate to one business today.
Totals. Money, clients and reports show one business at a time. There’s no view of totals across your businesses yet.
Email. Client emails go out from Aventide’s sending address under each business’s name, not from the business’s own address. Replies go to the login email of the person who set up the business, or to a booking’s host. If that address carries one business’s domain, clients of your other businesses see it when they reply.
Portal addresses. Client portals are on Aventide’s web address, not your own domain.
Accounting. Aventide keeps each business’s invoices and payments apart and connects to QuickBooks Online, but it isn’t accounting software. How you set up your businesses for legal or tax purposes is a question for your accountant or lawyer.
Can I run two businesses in one HoneyBook account?
Yes, on HoneyBook's Premium plan only: $129 a month billed monthly or $109 a month billed yearly, as of October 14, 2026, with no limit on how many companies. Each company keeps its own settings, projects, templates and bank accounts, while your login, subscription and calendar availability are shared. Aventide includes unlimited businesses on both plans, from $39 a month.
How much does Dubsado charge for another brand?
Dubsado charges $10 a month for each extra brand (now called a workspace), as of October 14, 2026. The charge is billed monthly even if your main plan is yearly, each extra workspace runs on the same plan as your first, and every workspace bills to the same card. Three brands on Premier cost $75 a month, billed monthly.
Can each business have its own Stripe account?
Yes. Each business in Aventide connects its own Stripe account, so a client's payment lands in the account of the business they hired. Aventide takes 0% of client payments; only Stripe's own fees apply. QuickBooks is connected per business as well.
Can I give a teammate access to only one of my businesses?
Not in Aventide today. Everyone on your account can open every business on it, so add only people you're comfortable showing all of them. Team members are unlimited on both plans. HoneyBook's help says "One login grants team members access to any company they have been added to."
Can I see revenue across all my businesses in one place?
Not yet. Money, clients and reports show one business at a time, so you switch businesses to see each one, and each business's invoices and payments stay in its own Money view. HoneyBook's reports work the same way: they cover the company you're viewing (HoneyBook help, April 12, 2025).
Will clients of one business see my other businesses?
No. A client's portal, documents and booking page carry only the business they hired, in its own logo, colors and fonts. One thing to know: replies to client emails go to the login email of the person who set up the business, so if that address belongs to another business, clients see it when they reply.
