Aventide for people who sell sessions
You sell your time in sessions: a reading, a lesson, a coaching call, a birth. The money moves when the client books. Aventide gives you a booking page that takes payment in full or a deposit through your own Stripe account, intake questions, the call link, and a portal where what you share afterwards waits for the client. Tell Sidekick what you need, and Aventide drafts the admin for your approval; the session is yours. Run more than one business? Each keeps its own clients, brand and Stripe account under one login.

How it works
1 / They book and pay.
Clients pick a time on your booking page and pay in full or a deposit as they book, through your own Stripe account. Aventide adds no fee of its own. Your refund rule is shown before they pay.
2 / They answer your questions.
Intake questions from one of your forms, on each session type: goals, birth details, a consent tick box. The answers stay on the booking.
3 / You meet.
Each booking gets a Zoom or Google Meet link, or your address. Clients get email confirmations and reminders, and can reschedule or cancel within the notice you set.
Notes, a recording you add, a worksheet, an invoice: each client has a portal in your branding.
What Aventide does not do yet: a no-show fee charged to a saved card, text message reminders, or a weekly series a client books for themselves (you can book one for them). If one of these decides it for you, Acuity Scheduling may fit better today. Acuity sends text reminders on Standard and Premium (checked October 18, 2026). Aventide’s reminders are email, 24 hours and 1 hour before each session by default, and you can set up to three times. Acuity’s plans don’t list contracts with e-signature; Aventide has them, keeps your files in a client portal in your branding, and runs a second business on the same plan.
