Is Dubsado or HoneyBook better?

Neither is better for everyone. HoneyBook suits one business that wants the proposal, contract and payment in one file with little setup, plus AI on every plan. Dubsado suits people who will build detailed forms and workflows, want to pay a little less, or run more than one brand, at $10 a month each, as of October 18, 2026.

Aventide has no workflow builder like Dubsado's Flows. But if what you want is AI on every plan and more than one business under one login, it does both from $39 a month, with Sidekick's drafts waiting for your approval before anything reaches a client.
